1. Shipping Questions

2. How Do I Return A Damaged or Defective Item?

Please take photos for the damages and send them to our customer service center contact@wegymfit.com with your order number. We will offer you corresponding return address depending on your location.

3. Order is Missing Items

Your order may be coming in multiple shipments. Please check the tracking provided to ensure that you have received all of your packages.

If items or parts are missing you may request a replacement or refund through contact@wegymfit.com.

4. Receive Incorrect Item

If the item you received is not the item shown on your order order confirmation email, you can return it and we will send you the correct product. You are also eligible to ask for a full refund. Please take photos of the package and/or products you received (and the product label) and send them to contact@wegymfit.com along with your order number.

5. No Longer Want the Item Ordered

Item not shipped - Please contact customer support to cancel your order before it is shipped out for a full refund. Your order will be sent our within 1-2 business days after it is received. 

Item shipped - Please make sure your item is still within the Return Policy and then contact us at contact@wegymfit.com with your order number. Order shipping charges will not be refunded.

6. Change Order Information

Orders can only be changed before they have been shipped out (usually 1-2 business days after the order is received)., in this case you could contact our customer service center to change it. Once your order status has changed to "Fulfilled", your order might be already sent out. 

 If you intend to return to package, keep the product unopened in its original packaging and email us at contact@wegymfit.com to start a return.

7. About The Coupon Code

All coupon codes has an expiration date and may not be able to be combined with other promotions or discount codes. Discount codes apply to order total only and are not applied to shipping charges.
