This exercise mat seems well-made. I use it for back and hip exercises. The non-slip surface is helpful. I've only used it a couple of times, but it appears durable.

This has been a great yoga mat. works great on carpet or hardwood floors. Anti-slip barefoot or in socks. Easy to roll up and store until next use. Love it.

This is a beautiful high quality yoga mat! The thickness is perfect ! No flimsy mat over here! I also enjoy the cute "graffiti" design which really consists of animals and aliens haha. Very happy with this product.
