It took me awhile to get back in the groove of jump roping but once I did it was awesome. You can connect to an app and it is also rechargeable. It's definitely helping me on my journey to fitness.

The rope is quick just like a standard metal jump rope, I was able to jump right in.

I really like the fit and finish of this jump rope. It feels really solid in your hands and the bearings rotate very smooth.

This is really good if you don’t feel like counting your jumps yourself. It also tracks more information and sends it to the app.
